All Prestige Spa Covers are cut on computer driven machines for complete accuracy. If you are sick and tired of buying a new cover every few years, we suggest you invest in one of these ! They are available in a variety of styles and at different price points to fit your needs ( Classic, Prestige Deluxe and Walk-On styles ).The Prices listed are for covers up to 8 feet. Larger covers will be additional. Please call for quote.

The Prestige Deluxe Spa Cover Offers:

The Prestige Deluxe Cover offers a 2" X 4" 1lb density Tapered Foam core. Heavy duty marine grade vinyl covering. Double Stitch sewn on all edges for extra strength.

Four Tie Downs with keyed lock fasteners (Child Resistant Locks).

Aluminum Center Channel for center support (resists sagging).

Two carry handles included (one on each end). Double sewn seams to keep it from ripping off the cover.

Steam Stoppers to prevent heat from getting out of the cover through the center fold.

Here you can see the Steam Stopper. There is one on each end of the seam.

This is the center seam.

The bottom of cover is made of a fine mesh screening for breath-ability of the foam core (so it does not get soggy and stinky). The foam itself is wrapped in a 2 mil. perma-plastic liner to resist water absorption.

Spa Cover Foam Details:

2" x 4" 1 lb. density foam core provides an R-13 level of insulation when on the spa, while still being lightweight and removable with ease. Standard 2 mil perma liner wraps the foam cores to help protect from water absorption.
5 year pro-rated MFG warranty against water absorption.

Foam Upgrades Available:

Go from the standard 1lb density 2" x 4" thick tapered foam core to a 1lb density 5" x 3" thick Tapered Foam core for added strength, durability and "R" Value for only $36.00

Or, for even more strength, durability and "R" Value upgrade to a 1lb density 6" x 4" thick tapered foam core for only $50.00

5" x 3" 1lb foam upgrade raises the "R" value of the cover to approx. R15 value
6" x 4" 1lb foam upgrade raises the "R" value of the cover to approx R17 Value

Foam Core Density Upgrade: Go from 1lb to 2lb density foam for better "R" value - $45.00

Other upgrades Available:

Foam core Plastic Perma liner Upgrade: This heavy duty perma-liner wraps the foam cores in a protective 4 mil. chemical resistant plastic that repels harsh chemicals and moisture, which makes your cover last longer. A Prestige Spa covers exclusive. $ 20.00 **This is the BEST upgrade you can do to protect your foams against absorbing water.

Extra long Steam stopper Upgrade: This steam stopper goes the full length of the entire fold to keep in much more heat - $20.00
