Use both the information in the Pool Measuring Video, and the Pool Measuring Instruction Form to accurately measure the shape of your swimming pool.  This is an easy, but time consuming project and will probably take you about 30-60 minutes to do properly.  Don't worry, we will plot all your measurements into a computer program once we receive them to double check it for accuracy. 

Fax your completed forms (all four pages) to us at 702-568-0924.  Make sure that all requested information on the forms is fully filled out.

Depending on the time of year, it can take anywhere between 2-3 business days for us to plot out all your measurements and work up the estimate for you.  We will call you once your estimate is ready, and go over everything with you on the phone.

This can be done over the phone in most instances.  Sometimes, with complex pool measurements, we may have to fax you a copy of your plotted measurements for your final approval.  Once everything is to your liking, you can pay for your cover with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex.

We will custom make your pool cover.  This normally takes between 2-3 weeks, depending on the time of year (September and October taking the longest).  The cover is shipped directly to you via UPS or Fedex.  We do not charge extra for shipping in most instances.

All custom pool covers come with very detailed installation instructions based on your measurements and your pool's specifics. Again, we strongly recommend you watch the How To Install Your Loop Loc Cover video ahead of time so you have a good understanding of how the cover is to be installed.  Although most people install these covers themselves, you can always call a local "pool guy" to do the job for you.
