The hours for our Customer Service Center are Monday - Friday 11AM - 5PM PST. To order parts, chemicals or supplies, either give us a call or simply go to the top of any page and go to the "Online Store" area of our site to shop. You may also either fax or email your order directly to our Shipping Department at the number listed above. |

We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express or your personal check. Payment in full is required in advance for any special order item. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.
All products sold by Poolandspa.com come complete with the manufacturer's warranties. You may return any unopened, unused or defective product to us within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. To return any item, simply visit our web site or email us with your request and we will provide you with an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization). Request a Return Authorization Number now. Note the RGA # on the outside of the box when you send it back. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted without a valid RGA #. We credit all returns with valid RGA #’s within 30 days less the standard 15% restock fee. Sorry, but clearance products, special order items, custom pool or spa covers and electrical parts may not be canceled or returned. For your safety, we recommend sending the item(s) back to us using UPS or FED-EX so there is tracking information just in case your return gets lost. Poolandspa.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Our email mailing list and postal mailing list remain the exclusive property of Poolandspa.com. We do not sell or rent our mailing lists to anyone. We do not divulge any customer demographic information to any other entity for any other particular use other than providing information that was specifically requested by you. Our customer lists are used by us to send out newsletters, brochures, catalogs and announcements via both email and postal mail. If you wish to stop further transmissions of commercial email to you by us - it may be stopped at no cost to you by replying to remove@poolandspa.com with REMOVE in the subject line. We promptly honor all REMOVE requests.
All orders are strictly over the internet. Sorry, but no local warehouse pickups allowed.
We feel that our prices are among the lowest offered in the Country. Our policy is to provide you with the highest quality brand name products for the lowest price possible. We will meet or beat any price on the same brand product at the time of your order. If you get your hot tub or pool supplies from any place other than Poolandspa.com you are paying too much !
