Return Policy & Warranties

All products sold by Poolandspa.com come complete with the manufacturer's warranties. You may return any unopened, unused or defective product to us within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please see the manufacturers warranty information after the 30 days has expired. To return any item, simply visit our web site or email us with your request and we will provide you with an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization). Note the RGA # on the outside of the box when you send it back. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted without a valid RGA #.  Poolandspa.com does not reimburse return shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. We credit all returns with valid RGA #’s within 30 days less any shipping charges or applicable 15% restock fees. Sorry, but special order items, covers, spa equipment packs, clearance items and electrical parts may not be canceled or returned.

For your safety, we recommend sending the item(s) back to us using UPS or FED-EX so there is tracking information just in case your return gets lost. Poolandspa.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
