Poolandspa.com, a Nevada based pool and spa web site, has just
released the final results of a year long, online survey they
conducted entitled "What Americans Really Want In Hot Tubs".
The survey was conducted in association with Vertical Response
and the respondents were unsolicited visitors to the Poolandspa.com
web site from November 2008 through November 2009.
This survey is believed to provide some of the most comprehensive
and most complete insights into the minds of consumers who have
purchased a hot tub, or who are in the process of purchasing a hot
tub during this recessionary period.
General topics such as details about the hot tub owned, hot tub
maintenance, opinions on different hot tub brands, repair history
and overall opinions of their hot tub shopping experience and
satisfaction with their dealer and their purchase are discussed.
Originally geared to be read by only hot tub manufacturers and
dealers, many consumers have found the data useful during the
research phase of their buying procedure as well.
Video analysis is also included for some specific answers to
questions - again, mostly geared towards manufacturers or sellers of
hot tubs. However consumers are also able to view the results as
well.
